Losing Weight

For me the best way to lose weight was being ill!
However there are much healthier ways to lose weight.

This weight loss site is a good example of what is out there and this program has a tremendous success rate.

I like this one as it doesn’t recommend dieting. Dieting is one of the worst things you can do to lose weight. It’s difficult and unhealthy, and the majority of the time your body will simply believe it is starving and as soon as you stop dieting will pile on the pounds as a survival instinct.

It’s just not worth dieting!
